Section 21-2-105 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Local election official defined

As used in this part, the term "local election official" means:

(1) A county board of elections or a county board of elections and registration established pursuant to Code Section 21-2-40or 21-2-40.1; or

(2) A municipal election superintendent.
