Section 16-5-105 - Applicability(a) The use of a power of attorney as provided for in Chapter 6B of Title 10 shall not, in and of itself, absolve a person from prosecution under this article.(b) This article shall be cumulative and supplemental to any other law of this state.Amended by 2017 Ga.
