Section 8-19G-7 - Applicability of Deceptive Trade Practices Act

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any violation of Section 8-19G-3, Section 8-19G-8, or Section 8-19G-9 shall be considered a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act under this title.
