Section 6-5-841 - Damages for civil liabilityCivil liability pursuant to Section 6-5-840 shall consist of all of the following:
(1) The full actual damages incurred.(2) Court costs and reasonable attorney fees.(3) Punitive damages, if the plaintiff proves by clear and convincing evidence that the defendant consciously or deliberately engaged in wantonness or malice with regard to the plaintiff, as defined in Section 6-11-20.Ala. Code § 6-5-841 (1975)
