The boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Jackson's Gap in Tallapoosa County are altered and rearranged and extended to include within the corporate limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now included, all of the following territory:
COMMENCE AT THE N.E. COR. OF THE N.W.1/4, OF THE S.W.1/4 OF SEC.14,T22N, R22E OF TALLAPOOSA CO. ALABAMA; THENCE DUE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF SAID PARCEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SEC. 15, T22N, R22E; THENCE CONTINUE DUE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF SEC. 15 TO THE EAST LINE OF SEC. 16, T22N, R22E OF SAID CO.; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF SEC. 16 TO THE N.W. COR. OF PARCEL NO. 4.001 OF SEC. 16; THENCE COMMENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID PARCEL NO. 4.001 AND PARCEL 4.00 TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SEC. 16; THENCE DUE WEST TO THE N.W. COR. THIS PORTION OF LAND INCLUDES THE NORTH HALF OF THE N.E.1/4, SEC. 25, T22N, R22E OF TALLAPOOSA COUNTY ALABAMA AND INCLUDES ALL OF THE EAST HALF OF SEC. 24, T22N, R22E LYNG WEST OF MAIN ST. FOR THE TOWN OF Jackson's Gap AND LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE DAVIS LOTS DESCRIBED AS PARCEL NUMBERS 6.00 AND 8.002 IN SEC. 24, T22N, R22E OF TALLAPOOSA COUNTY, ALABAMA.
