Section 45-32-60.01 - Fee for death certificates; mileage allowance(a) This section shall apply only in Greene County.(b)(1) The Greene County Commission shall pay the coroner for each death certificate issued a total fee of forty dollars ($40) to be paid from the general fund of the county.(2) The county commission shall provide the coroner with a total mileage allowance rate in the same amount as the rate per mile paid to state employees from the general fund of the county for the actual use by the coroner of his or her personal motor vehicle in the performance of his or her official duties as coroner.Ala.
