Section 45-29-190 - Legislative delegation(a) The county governing bodies of Fayette and Lamar Counties shall both pay one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per month expense allowance, from their respective county treasuries, to the district house member representing such counties, who shall maintain and account for a separate bank account for the purposes of establishing, maintaining, and operating a district legislative delegation office for such counties.(b) Such expense allowance may be expended on any and all necessary expenses related to establishing, maintaining, and operating such delegation office.Ala.
