Ala. Code § 41-9-219.7

Section 41-9-219.7 - Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no landfill or dump, regardless of nature, toxic substance, trash, waste, household, chemical, or otherwise, shall qualify for any tax credit permitted by this article.
