Section 37-2A-9 - Standards for new entrants(a) The commission shall retain its jurisdiction to prescribe reasonable entry standards for persons not previously granted certification to provide telecommunications service in Alabama.(b) Every application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity by a new entrant to provide telecommunications service in this state shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100).Ala.
