Section 34-27C-13 - Violations(a) A violation of this chapter by a security officer or an armed security officer shall be punishable by a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars ($75) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation and may result in the probation, revocation, or suspension of the license or certification, or both, of the violator.(b) Any person who practices or offers to practice as a security officer or an armed security officer in this state without a license or certification issued and approved by the board shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Ala.
