Section 34-13-276 - Rules and regulations(a) Each cemetery shall adopt rules and regulations for the mutual protection of the cemetery owners and the owners of interment rights in the cemetery. All owners of interment rights and other persons within the cemetery shall be subject to these rules and regulations as they now exist and as they may be amended or altered by the cemetery. The cemetery authority shall enforce these rules and regulations and, at any time and without prior notice to any owners, may adopt new rules and regulations or to amend, modify, or repeal any rules and regulations.(b) This section shall not apply to the officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, agents, or representatives of a cemetery authority who intentionally commit an act of vandalism or other illegal act.
