Section 31-5A-10 - [Effective 10/1/2024] Reimbursement policies

Each resident of any state veterans home shall pay directly to the contracted service operator of the home the cost of maintaining his or her residence at the home. The cost shall be determined by the board in conference with the commissioner. The cost of the care shall be paid by the 10th day of each month.
