Section 27-43-5 - Authorization of prepaid legal expense insurance business required(a) No person or organization may do a prepaid legal expense insurance business in this state unless authorized to do so by the commissioner.(b) This section does not apply to organizations exempt pursuant to Section 27-43-4.Ala.
