Section 22-18-61.1 - Retroactive reimbursement of certain fees and expenses

Upon written request by an association or a member of an association, the ACCS may retroactively consider reimbursement of actual tuition costs, excluding required fees, provided by the association or its members to a student to pay his or her eligible tuition costs.
