Section 20-2A-22 - Implementation of chapter; administration and enforcement(a) The Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission shall implement this chapter by making medical cannabis derived from cannabis grown in Alabama available to registered qualified patients and by licensing facilities that process, transport, test, or dispense medical cannabis.(b) The commission shall administer and enforce this chapter and all rules adopted pursuant to this chapter.Ala.
