Section 20-1-161 - Cultivated food products produced from cultured animal cells unlawful(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell, hold or offer for sale, or distribute any cultivated food product in this state.(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Ala.
