Section 2-19-102 - Application; fee(a) Each person who wants to engage in activities in this state which require registration under this article shall file with the commissioner an application for registration.(b) The application shall include: (1) The name and address of the applicant; and(2) The name of each trade association relating to cotton producing and marketing of which the applicant is a member.(c) The applicant shall submit with each application an application fee established by the Board of Agriculture and Industries not to exceed one hundred twenty dollars ($120).Ala.
