Section 15-23-103 - Confidentiality of results(a) The results of tests or reports, or information therein, obtained under Section 15-23-102 shall be confidential and shall not be divulged to any person not authorized to receive the information.(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Ala.
