Section 15-22-52.1 - Reporting requirements for conditions of probation(a) A sentencing court who places an individual on probation, pursuant to Section 15-22-50, shall report to the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency, in a manner prescribed by the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency, a probationer's conditions of probation ordered pursuant to Section 15-22-52.(b) The Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency shall ensure that the conditions of probation received by a court may be viewed by law enforcement officers and other authorized persons through the Law Enforcement Tactical System.Ala.
