Section 13A-9-73 - Charitable fraud in the first degree(a) Theft of property by charitable fraud which exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) in value constitutes theft of property by charitable fraud in the first degree.(b) Theft of property by charitable fraud in the first degree is a Class B felony.Ala.
