Section 13A-8-10.1 - Theft of services in the first degree(a) The theft of services which exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) in value constitutes theft of services in the first degree.(b) Theft of services in the first degree is a Class B felony.Ala. Code § 13A-8-10.1 (1975)
