Section 13A-6-160 - Concurrent prosecuting authority; separate offenses(a) District attorneys and the Attorney General shall have concurrent authority to prosecute any criminal cases arising under this article and to perform any duty that necessarily appertains to this section.(b) Each violation under this article shall constitute a separate offense.Ala.
