Section 13A-10-202 - Searches and inspectionsThe director, the State Fire Marshal, or the designee of the director or the State Fire Marshal, or any law enforcement officer or fire official may conduct a search or inspection of all of the following:
(1) A person licensed to manufacture, possess, transport, sell, distribute, or use a destructive device or detonator within the state.(2) A person licensed to manufacture, possess, transport, sell, distribute, or use pesticides.(3) Any property where a pesticide, destructive device, or detonator is manufactured, possessed, transported, distributed, or used.Ala.
