Section 12-17-227.1 - [See Note] District Attorneys' Plan established

There is hereby created and established the District Attorneys' Plan under the Judicial Retirement Fund.

Added by Act 2015-498,§ 19, eff. 11/8/2016 if the constitutional amendment proposed by Senate Bill 421 of the 2015 Regular Session is passed by the legislature and ratified .
