Section 14508 - Continuation of services to persons eligible under Title IV-A, Social Security Act

It is the intent of the Legislature that all persons eligible for family planning services under Title IV-A of the Social Security Act and Title X of the U.S. Public Health Service Act on January 1, 1974, shall continue to be provided services notwithstanding changes in federal regulations.
