Section 14087.21 - Reimbursement to children's hospitals

Commencing November 1, 1984, reimbursement to children's hospitals shall be on a basis that reflects the relative severity of pediatric diagnostic case types. For the purposes of this section, "children's hospital" means those hospitals where 30 percent of the infants and children served by the single institution qualify for Medi-Cal payment systems, and the institution serves primarily children.
