Section 14022.3 - Disclosure as Medi-Cal participation by long-term care facility

Long-term health care facilities shall reveal to applicants for admission, or their designated representatives, orally and in writing and prior to admission, whether the facility participates in the Medi-Cal program, and the circumstances under which the law permits a Medi-Cal recipient to be transferred involuntarily.
