Section 12552.1 - Transfer of funds from administrative allocation to benefit allocation(a) A county may transfer funds received for the implementation of this chapter from its administrative allocation to its benefit allocation for the purposes of providing additional benefits to clients to the extent that administrative savings are achieved.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2001.Ca.
