Section 11407 - Establishment of regulations to qualify for federal funds

If, when and during such times as the federal statutes provide federal funds for any child who is granted aid pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 11450, the department shall establish such regulations as are necessary for this state to qualify for any federal funds available.
