Section 9597 - Facility not used for sectarian instruction or religious worship

A facility altered, acquired, renovated, constructed, or equipped using funds allocated under this chapter to be used for a senior center facility may not be used and may not be intended to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place for religious worship.
