Section 7351 - Term parole construed to refer to leave of absence; recall of patient granted leave of absence; documentation stating terms and limitation of leave or discharge
Section 7352 - Authority to grant leave for judicially committed patient; services continued for patient on leave
Section 7352.5 - Authority to grant leave for developmentally disabled patient; services continued for patient on leave
Section 7353 - Payment of premium for third-party health coverage for Medicare beneficiaries
Section 7354 - Care granted patient with mental health disorder in licensed institution or suitable licensed or certified facility; payment for services for patient
Section 7354.5 - Care granted developmentally disabled person in licensed or certified institution or facility; payment for services to patient

Section 7357 - Discharge of recovered patient or patient without disorder at time of admission

Section 7360 - Discharge of improved judicially committed patient and guardian, friends or relatives financially unable or unwilling to care for patient
Section 7361 - Discharge by superior court judge of judicially committed patient determined unrecovered by superintendent to people of state
Section 7362 - Discharge of patient by medical superintendent upon own motion or order of department
