Section 5402.2 - Master plan for utilizing state hospitals; level of care

The Director of State Hospitals shall develop a master plan for the utilization of state hospital facilities identifying levels of care. The level of care shall be either general acute care, skilled nursing care, subacute, intermediate care, or residential care.
