On or before January 10, 2023, the State Department of Developmental Services shall submit to the Legislature, as part of the annual budget process, a plan to revise the Family Cost Participation Program, as established pursuant to Section 4783, and the annual family program fee, as established pursuant to Section 4785. The plan shall be developed with input from stakeholders. The plan shall consider changes that include, but are not limited to, those that promote administrative efficiency and program compliance.
