Section 4707 - Implementation of mediation process(a)By July 1, 1999, the State Department of Developmental Services shall implement a mediation process for resolving conflicts between regional centers and recipients of services specified in this chapter. Regulations implementing the mediation process shall be adopted by July 1, 2000.(b)This section shall remain in effect only until March 1, 2023, and as of that date is repealed.Ca. Welf. and Inst.
