Section 13528.5 - State board carrying out duties and authority granted to regional board(a) The state board may carry out the duties and authority granted to a regional board pursuant to this chapter.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2014.Added by Stats 2014 ch 35 (SB 861),s 191, eff. 6/20/2014.
