Section 13381 - Termination or modification of requirements or permitsWaste discharge requirements or dredged or fill material permits may be terminated or modified for cause, including, but not limited to, all of the following:
(a) Violation of any condition contained in the requirements or permits.(b) Obtaining the requirements by misrepresentation, or failure to disclose fully all relevant facts.(c) A change in any condition that requires either a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the permitted discharge.Amended by Stats. 1978, Ch. 746.
