Section 10750.8 - Management of groundwater within service area of another local agency(a) A local agency may not manage groundwater pursuant to this part within the service area of another local agency without the agreement of that other entity.(b) This section applies only to groundwater basins that are critically overdrafted.Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 947, Sec. 2.
