Section 9575 - Transmittal of amount due on property and penalty to State Treasurer

Out of the proceeds of a delinquent sale, made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the county treasurer shall transmit to the State Treasurer the amount due on the property so sold as shown in the notice, together with the penalty thereon.
