Section 78684.4 - No authorization of implementation of CALFED Bay-Delta Program

This chapter does not authorize implementation of the CALFED Bay-Delta Program or any element of the program. The implementation of the CALFED Bay-Delta Program, or any element of the program, shall only be undertaken pursuant to authority provided by law other than this division.
