Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
Any new water-producing facility constructed or reestablished after the period prescribed in Section 75541 shall be registered with the district and, if required by the board, measured with a water-measuring device satisfactory to the district within 30 days after the completion or reestablishment thereof.
