Section 75445 - Majority of votes cast in favor of proposition

If a majority of the votes cast by the qualified electors in cities and a majority of the votes cast by the qualified electors residing in unincorporated areas for the proposition are marked and counted "Project assessment-Yes" or appear to favor the proposition submitted, the proposition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the voters and to authorize the levy of the project assessment in the amount of and for the purpose stated in the proposition.
