Section 50780.8 - "Resident voter" defined; casting of vote for resident voter seat(a) A "resident voter seat," for purposes of this chapter, means a seat held by a trustee elected by voters as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 50780.10.(b) For purposes of voting for a trustee to hold a resident voter seat, each voter may cast one vote for each resident voter seat.Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 842, Sec. 1.
