Section 43706 - Disregard of error, irregularity, or omission which does not affect substantial rights of parties concerned

The court or other tribunal before which any action, proceeding, or contest is brought involving the regularity, legality, validity, or correctness of any proceeding taken or thing done pursuant to any of the provisions of this division, shall disregard any error, irregularity, or omission which does not affect the substantial rights of the parties concerned.
