Cal. Wat. Code § 41360
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
If the board fails to appoint an election board or the members appointed do not attend at the opening of the polls on the morning of election, the voters of the precinct present at that hour may appoint an election board, or supply the place of an absent member thereof.
