Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The board shall, as soon after the formation of the district as is practicable, prepare and adopt a plan of works and estimate the amount of money it is necessary to raise for the purposes for which bonds may be issued. Such plan shall be adopted in the manner hereinafter provided.
