Section 35565.8 - Authority of water replenishment district(a) The district has the authority granted to a water replenishment district by Sections 60224, 60225, and 60226.(b) The authority granted to this district pursuant to this section is in addition to the authority granted to the district by this division.Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 56, Sec. 6.
