Section 35152 - Notice of bond election

Notice of a bond election shall specify:

(a) The time and place of the election.

(b) The purpose of the election.

(c) The amount and type of bonds proposed to be issued.

(d) The maximum interest rate to be paid.

(e) The purpose of the bonds.
