Section 11603 - Lessor-retailer license(a) The department may issue, or for reasonable cause shown, refuse to issue, a license to any applicant applying for a lessor-retailer license or branch office location.(b) The license shall contain the applicant's name, location address and the general distinguishing number assigned to the applicant.Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1284.
