Section 42002.1 - Punishment for misdemeanor violation of Section 2800, 2810, or 2803A person convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Section 2800, 2801, or 2803, insofar as it affects a failure to stop and submit to inspection of equipment or for an unsafe condition endangering a person, shall be punished as follows:
