Section 34501.13 - Notification of school board of unsatisfactory terminal rating

If the inspection of a carrier facility, maintenance facility, or terminal of any person who operates a schoolbus results in an unsatisfactory terminal rating by the department, the department shall notify the school board of the district that is responsible for the terminal.
